Job summary

The Turn Company is hiring a Project Coordinator for seasonal, onsite oversight of student housing turns. You will manage vendors, coordinate with the Community Manager and maintenance teams, and ensure rapid, quality turnover of units during the 10–21 day window.

Training will cover the Turn Board, Entrata or other management tools, and contractor oversight. This role emphasizes efficiency, organization, and clear communication on a tight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-out and turnover activities, coordinating painting, cleaning, and make-ready tasks.
• Manage vendor crews and ensure timely, quality work.
• Track progress using Google Sheets and update the Make Ready board.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and onsite teams daily.
• Provide post-turn assessments to improve future turns.
