We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Turn Maintenance Technician to assist with unit turns and general maintenance during the turnover season from July 15, 2025 - August 15, 2025. This position is responsible for preparing units for incoming residents by performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and inspections. The role is fast‑paced and ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented and thrives in a team environment.

MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS AND/OR EXTENDED HOURS.

What you'll do

• Perform unit turns including basic repairs and general maintenance.
• Inspect and ensure units are ready for move‑in according to company standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly, appliance installation, and light plumbing/electrical repairs.
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate with the maintenance supervisor or team lead about needed supplies or issues.
• Support teams as needed during turnover.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or staff.
