Job summary

Scheels in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Seasonal Online Shopper & Restocking Associate to join our on-site team. You will locate, collect, pack, label, and prepare items for shipping, and help keep displays stocked and organized for holiday shoppers.

An ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED, plus 1–3 months of related experience or training. The role pays $16.00 per hour and includes benefits such as ESOP, a 401(k) with Roth options, discounts, and comprehensive health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Locate, collect and organize products from assigned lists.

• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve questions.

Education & Experience:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Compensation:

Seasonal Associates earn $16.00/hr

Schedule:

Seasonal Associates are staffed in October, November and December. This position will end employment at the conclusion of the holiday season. Commonly scheduled shifts include morning/daytime shifts and evening/weekend shifts. Must be available to work the weekend of Thanksgiving starting with Black Friday (Nov 27, 28, 29 and 30th).
