Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD, is hiring store associates to greet customers, help with Buy Online Pickup in Store orders, and keep the sales floor neat and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers when entering and exiting the store
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store orders
• Assist with returning items and placing them back in their shops
• Assist at the register by completing transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and with a team
• Communicate effectively with all associates
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers when entering and exiting the store
• Work closely with customer service and cashier team to assist in Buy Online Pickup in Store Orders
• Assist in placing returned items back in their corresponding shops
• Assist as needed at register by completing transactions for customers
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Effectively communicate with all associates
• All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
