Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking team members who will contribute to a personalized customer experience and work well in a team-oriented, ownership-driven environment.

The role supports order preparation, packaging, and inventory tasks with a flexible schedule, including weekends. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration as part of the Scheels culture.

Qualifications

• An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED; one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
• Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Effectively communicate with all associates
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available a minimum of every other weekend. Average hours per week is 20 hours.

Education & Experience:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
