Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly is seeking Assembly Technician candidates for on-site work at Home Depot and Lowe's, assembling merchandise and displays across seasonal peaks.

The role offers flexible scheduling, with pay transitioning to a per-piece rate after training. Newly hired technicians typically earn $15–$25 per hour, and experienced workers can earn $30 per hour or more depending on productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to pass background test
• Able to pass a drug test and stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products per manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm build list and inventory
• Generate and complete invoices daily
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a clean build area
