Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly is hiring for Assembly Technician roles, on-site at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart locations in Wenatchee, WA.

Seasonal, with flexible scheduling and a transition to piece-rate pay after training, typical earnings starting at $18–$25 per hour and potentially higher with productivity. Primary duties include assembling various products, providing customer service, and maintaining safe, clean workspaces.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembly and repairs.
• Has basic hand tools, cordless screwdriver, or impact driver.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background and drug tests.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand, kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products following manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
