Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly in Bend, OR is seeking part-time Assembly Technicians to work on-site at local retail stores such as Home Depot, Lowe's or Walmart, assembling merchandise and displays.

This seasonal role offers day shifts with pay per piece; after training, earnings range from $16 to $25 per hour, with experienced techs often earning more. You should enjoy physical work and be comfortable standing most of the day.

Qualifications

Day-shift/early morning availability.
Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
A mechanical aptitude: you are handy.
Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
A smartphone and e-mail address.
Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device.
Ability to pass a background test.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Reliable transportation.
Capable of working on your feet for extended periods.
Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
Experience is a plus, but we will train.

Responsibilities

Assembly and repair products and merchandise, using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Check in with Retailer management to confirm the build list and inventory.
Generate and complete invoices daily.
Report and communicate effectively with your Area Manager.
Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave clients with a clean build area.
