Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company in Snowshoe, West Virginia is seeking an on-site Ticket & Activity Sales Agent for the winter season. You will sell lift tickets, season passes, activities, and resort products using multiple sales systems while delivering welcoming guest service.

This fast-paced role requires you to guide guests with recommendations and resort information, maintain a polished sales floor, and participate in pre-shift and department meetings.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
Resort and sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various sales systems.
Provide exceptional guest service with knowledgeable and positive interactions.
Guide guests through their vacation experience with recommendations and resort information.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, including the appearance of On Mountain Sales locations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including money drops.
Ensure proper inventory and supply levels.
Participate in pre-shift, department, and resort meetings as needed.
