Corel Consulting LLC is seeking dependable Seasonal Construction Cleanup/General Labor Technicians for on-call work across commercial sites in Columbus, Ohio. This hands-on role involves hauling debris, operating cleaning equipment, and preparing spaces for occupancy, with travel to out-of-town sites as needed.

Ideal candidates are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible to work mornings/evenings/weekends, and committed to safety.

Qualifications

• Construction, warehouse, or labor experience preferred; training provided.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in active construction environments.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license preferred.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Willing to travel to out-of-town sites, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Remove and haul debris; load dumpsters and manage waste.
• Move materials and equipment; lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Operate site cleaning equipment (buffers, vacuums, pressure washers).
• Prep floors, fixtures, and surfaces ahead of occupancy.
• Work with other trades and follow safety rules; PPE compliance.
• Travel with crew to out-of-town job sites as needed.
