The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant (On Call - Seasonal) in Riverside, CA. You will direct setup and preparation of banquet rooms and assist with teardown to support function success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately, both verbally and written.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in conference rooms per event order and standard by Conference Services.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms following standards and restocking supplies.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and tear down after events.
• Move convention materials and assist with setup/teardown as needed.
• Bus tables and re-set them; assist with guest flow and issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Monitor functions, events and meetings in progress to support operations.
