Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions: draping tables, silverware, centerpieces, and beverages.
• Serve and buss tables; carry trays to function location and clear dishes.
• Break down and clean back hall; prepare workstations and storerooms.
• Assist with event room setup according to meal periods.
• Prepare condiments, coffee, and ensure stations are stocked.
• Explain menu items, preparation methods, and dietary considerations.
• Provide warm, courteous guest interactions and information about the property.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and provide support to staff as needed.
