Job summary

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, California is seeking a Banquet Server (On Call - Seasonal) to join our team. You will help set up banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and assist with tear-down at the end of functions at a world-class property.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms: draping tables, place settings, centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables; clear and tear down after events.
• Assist with event room setup and back hall organization and cleanliness.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and safety throughout service.
• Provide warm welcomes and information to guests and collaborate with other staff.
