You will set up, serve, and break down banquet events, ensuring guest satisfaction and a polished dining experience. Previous banquet or high-volume service experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms for events including draping, silverware, napkins, and centerpieces
• Serve and bus tables, assist with food service and clearing dishes
• Break down banquet spaces, handle linen and waste, ensure cleanliness
• Assist with event room setup and stock workstations
• Provide condiments, coffee, and beverages; ensure service quality
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to issues
