The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Riverside, CA, is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant (On Call - Seasonal) to prepare and arrange banquet rooms for events.

You will set up conference equipment, service areas, and tear down after functions while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Ages 18+, strong communication, flexible schedule, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to follow instructions accurately, verbally and in writing.
• Highly detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in rooms per event order.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms and team rooms; restock supplies.
• Refresh rooms during breaks and tear down after functions.
• Move convention materials from docks to meeting spaces and rooms.
• Bus tables and re-set banquet spaces as needed; assist culinary/steward teams.
