Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU unit, nights, through the Central Staffing Office. The role is PRN with 24 hours per week, stationed in Arlington, TX, and requires R.N. licensure, neonatal experience, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Pay is $70.00 per hour with region-based responsibilities across Region C and flexibility to float as needed. This position is not eligible for full-time or part-time benefits, emphasizing staffing office

Qualifications

• Nursing licensure and certifications required by hire.
• Experience in neonatal/ NICU care preferred and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide NICU nursing care to patients in the Central Staffing Office region.
• Respond to priorities for safety, comfort and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient outcomes.
• Float across regional facilities as needed to meet staffing needs.
