Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU unit to work night shifts in Arlington, TX. The role requires RN licensure, nursing degree, and NICU certifications; duties include direct patient care, family engagement, and maintaining a healing environment.

The position is PRN with 24 hours per week and a pay rate of $70 per hour. Central Staffing Office manages rotations across Metroplex facilities, with opportunities to float to regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or higher required; Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• CLIAFE compliance required for foreign education equivalency.
• 5 years of RN experience with at least 3 years in the last five years in the neonatal area.
• Texas RN license required upon hire.
• BCLS, NRP, NRPA certifications required upon hire.
• High degree of confidentiality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
