Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU Unit on the Night shift in Arlington, TX. This PRN role requires 36 hours per week and offers a pay rate of $70.00 per hour, with the Central Staffing Office coordinating assignments across Region C.

Ideal candidates will hold a Nursing Diploma or higher, Texas RN licensure, and BCLS/NRP/NRPA certifications at hire. Flexibility to float within the Metroplex is required for staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas (or eligibility)
• 5 years of RN experience with at least 3 years in last five years in the area of specialty
• BCLS, NRP, NRPA certifications required at hire
• CLIAFE compliance for foreign education equivalency required

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient priorities for safety and comfort
• Maintain high quality care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure neonatal patient needs are met
