Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU unit on night shifts. The role is PRN with 24 hours per week, primarily serving Region B from the Central Staffing Office in Arlington, TX.

The pay is $70.00 per hour, and the position notes that it is not eligible for full-time or part-time benefits. The role requires a nursing degree (diploma, associate, or bachelor’s preferred) and active Texas RN licensure, with essential neonatal resuscitation certifications

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas required at hire; CLIAFE compliance for foreign education equivalency.
• 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in the last five years in NICU or pediatric specialty.
• Relevant Nursing degrees required or preferred as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-shift NICU care in a central staffing office environment.
• Respond promptly to patient needs while maintaining safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with regional staff to ensure optimal nurse coverage across locations.
• Float as needed within regions to meet staffing demands.
• Uphold high standards of clinical assessment and neonatal resuscitation readiness.
