Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Claremore, OK is seeking a friendly cashier to sell and cash horse racing wagers, print programs, and deliver exceptional service to mutuel guests. You will handle mutuel tickets, assist with IRS forms, and support daily simulcast activities with POS devices.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with about 1 year of related experience, ability to operate betting and office equipment, and licensing eligibility plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to operate mutuel/point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming authority licensing.

Responsabilités

• Sell and cash Mutuel tickets.
• Cash IRS Mutuel tickets, complete W-2G information, and follow tracking processes.
• Prepare simulcast rooms, set decoders to proper channels.
• Print simulcast and live programs.
• Sell simulcast programs and racing forms using a POS system.
• Provide customer service to simulcast guests.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
