Job summary

The Guitar Center Company is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, match products, and guide them through the sales process in-store. This role emphasizes customer focus, product knowledge, and effective communication to close sales and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

You will participate in the GC certification program, learn store operations, and support with inventory and displays.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Musical Instruments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding and certification.
• Assist with execution of tasks to ensure store readiness.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
