Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support associate to help drive customer service and sales in our stores. You will learn product knowledge and assist customers through the sales process, while supporting store readiness and merchandising.

The role requires availability to work nights, weekends and holidays with a focus on delivering excellent service and building relationships with customers. Experience in music products is preferred and GC certification will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.

• Assisting with the execution of tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers for future service needs.
