Job summary

Guitar Center seeks a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, and pair them with the right products, driving service sales in the store.

You will participate in the GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques, while supporting store readiness and ongoing customer engagement. This role requires weekend/evening availability and a strong commitment to service excellence.

• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
