Job summary

STIO is seeking a Mountain Studio Retail Lead in Jackson, WY for the winter season. This full-time hourly role involves opening/closing duties, staff training support, and leadership to resolve customer needs while upholding brand standards.

You’ll manage visual merchandising, inventory flow, and assist with in-store and off-site events. Responsibilities include customer engagement, POS transactions, and maintaining a high-energy, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, nights and holiday season shifts.
• Self-starter proactive with tackling daily tasks and communicating with management.
• Inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio.
• Able to work in dynamic outdoor event environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support opening/closing duties in the absence of Managers.
• Use POS to research products and complete transactions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience as part of a team.
• Coordinate same-day scheduling coverage and event logistics.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site engagement.
