Job summary

STIO in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Mountain Studio Retail Lead to join our store team during the winter season. This full‑time hourly role involves opening/closing duties, training new staff, and leading in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting brand storytelling and product knowledge.

You will maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory receiving, and ensure an organized store and back stock.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Self-starter with daily task management and customer interactions.
• Commitment to inclusive, supportive space for every customer.
• POS experience and basic computer proficiency preferred.
• Email and phone communication skills required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
