Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal Restaurant Server to join our Food and Beverage team. You will take orders, assist guests with menu recommendations, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service while maintaining Solitude's high customer service standards.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced alpine environment, a willingness to work holidays and weekends, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and time management to handle fast-paced shifts.
• Strong customer service skills to meet Solitude's standards.
• Clear verbal communication for guest interaction and kitchen coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to obtain required state certifications (Food Handler, SIPS & Tips).

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately.
• Know the menu and provide recommendations to guests.
• Set up the dining room and tables for service.
• Answer phone calls and schedule reservations.
• Assist management, kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers as needed.
• Close and clean the restaurant and prep for next day.
