Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort seeks a friendly Stone Haus Pizza Cook/Cashier to take orders, prepare pizzas, and deliver efficient service to skiers and guests. You will follow recipes, operate kitchen equipment, and ensure food safety standards. This role includes beer service responsibilities and requires flexible weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and operate restaurant equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and team collaboration.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Prepare and assemble menu items to recipe standards.
• Sell and serve beer responsibly and verify guest age.
• Keep lobby, dining area, and workstations stocked and clean.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Assist the Stone Haus Manager with additional tasks as needed.
