Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company’s Schweitzer Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal Worker to remove snow from decks and walkways, manage trash compaction, and assist with maintenance under the Facilities and Grounds Manager. The role requires outdoor work in all weather and a neat, service-friendly demeanor.

Minimum English comprehension and basic math are required; a valid driver’s license is preferred. Seasonal full or part time with benefits per status is offered at $18–$20/hr.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing, communication and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operates a snowblower and shovel to remove snow and ice from decks, walkways.
• Operate trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Must present a neat, clean and safe appearance and deal with guests and owners in a pleasant, service-oriented manner.
• Utility Worker will perform other maintenance duties as needed or as directed by Facility and Grounds Manager.

Education

Valid Driver's license preferred
