Job summary

Snow Summit LLC in Big Bear Lake, CA is looking for an Area Maintenance Worker I to support snow removal, custodial tasks, and general site upkeep during the seasonal period.

The role requires basic housekeeping knowledge, ability to read safety documents, and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts, with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour and potential up to $22.80 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Basic knowledge of and/or training in housekeeping services.
• Ability to pass the Company certification to operate equipment.
• Able to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Have a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations.
• Ability to record data accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance inside and outside, performing routine and preventative building maintenance, custodial services, picking up trash, clearing snow covered paths, and making sure buildings are secure.
