Job summary

Angel Fire Resort is hiring Mountain Hosts to join our guest services team for the winter season. This outdoor role involves assisting guests on the deck, monitoring deck traffic, helping skiers on the mountain, and serving as a friendly resource for all guest needs.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, works well with other mountain departments, maintains a positive attitude in a demanding environment, and is comfortable working outside in winter conditions.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; all training will be provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Ability to ski/snowboard at an intermediate or above level.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests on the deck and monitor deck traffic.
• Aid skiers on the mountain in a variety of ways.
• Greet guests and provide information about resort services and activities.
• Assist with mountain events and surveys as needed.
