Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the onsite team.

You’ll perform hands-on tasks supporting daily resort operations, from maintaining equipment to assisting with electrical, water, and sewer operations in a dynamic seasonal environment. This full-time seasonal role offers growth opportunities, teamwork with experienced professionals, and a chance to keep our mountain home safe, functional, and beautiful for guests and staff throughout the winter season.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during the winter season.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
• Desire to continually increase knowledge, certification, skills and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and systems to support daily resort operations.
• Assist with electrical, water, and sewer operations.
• Work with HVAC, plumbing, boilers, air compressors and related equipment.
• Collaborate with a maintenance team in a dynamic seasonal environment.
