Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Mountain Camp Café Lead Supervisor (Age 21+) to oversee the Mountain Camp Café’s daily operations and lead a hospitality-focused team. This full-time seasonal position guides service standards, guest experiences, and teamwork on on-mountain shifts.

You will supervise staff, train team members, handle guest inquiries, and manage POS transactions while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Interviews begin late Oct/Nov; training starts mid-November.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Obtain valid food handler's permit and Tips & Sips alcohol permit within 30 days of hire.
• Pass UDABC background check and submit fingerprints for liquor license.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a Sundance vehicle.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage employees on assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and initiate service recovery.
• Order and serve food and beverages, ensuring quality.
• Manage payment transactions and maintain knowledge of the POS system.
• Submit orders to vendors and monitor inventory to control costs.
