Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a Busser to join the Summit House team on a seasonal basis. You will assist the wait staff and bartenders by cleaning tables, resetting dining spaces, and ensuring guests have water and a smooth dining experience.

Based at Crystal Mountain, WA, you’ll work evenings and weekends as part of a pervasive mountain hospitality culture. Compensation starts at $17.13 per hour plus tips, with benefits for eligible positions and opportunities to grow within Alterra

Qualifications

Must be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently in accordance with service standards.
Maintain dining room cleanliness, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
Clear used plates and assist guests as needed to enhance dining experience.
Ensure tables are properly set with silverware and napkins for the next guest.
Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas safely and efficiently.
Maintain organization and stock levels at bussing stations.
Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
Support overall team productivity by anticipating service needs.
