What You Will Do

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store.
• Engage with vendors and associates to meet store needs.
• Ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate for easy merchandise location.
• Create visually appealing, safe, clean, and accessible product displays.
• Complete merchandising resets and service projects accurately and on time, following safety standards.
• Build displays, process damaged products, rotate and price stock, resolve project issues, and verify third-party work.

What We’re Looking For

• Part-time, generally scheduled 10-40 hours weekly.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and flexible weekday hours (varies by location).
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (up to 25 pounds minimally, over 25 pounds with assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability to work overnight and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in using web-based computer programs for tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 6 months of product merchandising experience, including reading planograms and setting up displays.
• 3 months of experience operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
• Basic knowledge of tools (hand tools, drills, saws).
