Marshalls is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience in our Mayfield Heights store. You will engage with customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.

The role requires teamwork, adaptability to changing needs, and the ability to lift items as part of daily duties; prior retail experience is preferred and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash accurately per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Maintains store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Supports stock, safety, and shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and ensures a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
