Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Rings customer purchases/returns accurately and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Upholds merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives.
• Supports loss prevention and labor policy adherence.
• Other duties as assigned.
