You’ll engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store standards while supporting a flexible schedule and a diverse team.

Responsibilities include operating registers, merchandising, store recovery, safety practices, and collaboration with peers to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures
• Participates in store recovery and maintains storefront cleanliness
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety practices
• Other duties as assigned
