Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and follow procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and support store recovery as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, adhere to policies and loss prevention standards.
• Support and participate in shrink-reduction goals and programs.
