Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Edmond, OK store. You will engage with customers, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while adhering to policies and loss prevention standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, flexibility in scheduling, effective communication, and teamwork. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training will cover store procedures, merchandising, and loyalty program

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience best practices with customers.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
