Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to join our team. You will maximize inventory, assist with online orders, and help with curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and uphold safety standards while supporting store promotions and loyalty programs. This role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and the ability to lift and move merchandise as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail; 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Deliver personalized service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Adhere to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and store safety.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
