Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Seasonal Merchandiser in Massachusetts. You will maximize inventory, stock displays, fulfill online orders, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery while delivering excellent customer service.

Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided to build product knowledge. The role requires 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, build displays, and stock merchandise
• Fulfill online orders and assist with curbside pickup and delivery
• Deliver friendly, personalized customer service and product knowledge
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training
• Adhere to alcohol sale laws and maintain store safety and cleanliness
• Load and deliver orders if delivery is an essential function
