Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser in Massachusetts to support store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will manage inventory, stock shelves, and help fulfill online orders, including curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

As a valued team member, you will ensure displays are attractive, signage is correct, and promotions are communicated to customers while maintaining safety and training on wine, spirits, and beer products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support in-store operations.
• Assist with online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery services when assigned.
• Deliver courteous, personalized service and train on products.
