Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to join our store team in El Paso, TX. You will help maximize inventory, support online orders, and provide a personalized shopping experience to customers.

You will learn about wine, spirits, and beer while maintaining promotional knowledge and staying compliant with alcohol laws. This role may involve flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sale and store safety.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, including deliveries if required.
