Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser in Santa Fe, NM to maximize inventory, stock displays, fulfill online orders, and assist with curbside and in-store pickup. You will regularly engage customers and share product knowledge to drive a positive shopping experience.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Greet customers and inform about products and services to deliver exceptional service.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits and beer trainings.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
