Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a store merchandiser who will maximize inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and support online orders and curbside pickup. The role includes delivering friendly customer service, engaging with customers to share product knowledge, and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment.

Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends may be required; 21+ with ability to lift and move cases is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older and physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising responsibilities including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, signage and promotions.
• Support online business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Adhere to safety and legal requirements for selling alcohol and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Load and deliver orders when required and follow company policies and safety rules.
