Job summary

Total Wine & More in Cottonwood Heights is seeking Seasonal Merchandisers to strengthen store operations and enhance the customer experience. You will stock shelves, build displays, process orders for online and curbside pickup, and assist with deliveries where assigned.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, basic familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Compliance with alcohol laws and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized service experience
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws
