Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to join our store team in a dynamic retail environment. You will maximize product inventory, support online orders, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

The role focuses on merchandising but may include sales, front-end, and other duties as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Support online business operations including fulfilling orders and curbside pickup.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store.
• Load and deliver orders if delivery is an essential function.
