Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Merchandisers to maximize inventory, stock shelves, and fulfill online orders while delivering excellent service. You will assist with curbside or in-store pickups and may drive deliveries if needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Comprehensive benefits and store discounts are offered as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
