Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Seasonal Merchandisers in North Carolina. You will maximize product inventory, fulfill online orders, stock shelves, build displays, and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries when needed.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, support promotions, and uphold safety and compliance with alcohol laws. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required. Total Rewards benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online operations including fulfilling orders and curbside pickup.
• Greet customers and build relationships while informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Load and deliver orders if required and perform cross-functional duties.
