Job summary

Total Wine & More in Las Vegas is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, support online orders, and deliver a personalized shopping experience. You will help stock displays and assist with curbside pickup while learning wine, spirits and beer offerings.

We value flexibility in scheduling, prior retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems. This role includes duties across merchandising, front-end tasks, and safety compliance within a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge on wine, spirits and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws in the store.
• Load and deliver orders if required and support curbside pickup and delivery services.
